Rachit Dayal was born in India, educated in NUS Singapore and is based in Singapore. Rachit started his marketing agency fresh out of university with minimal funding before growing it to $10 million in sales in 9 years leading to eventual acquisition by Japanese media conglomerate Dentsu. Happy Marketer is Singapore’s most awarded digital agency with clients and partners including Google, Singtel, ING, Grab, and BCG. He now serves as APAC CMO of Dentsu’s interactive division, Merkle.
