Dan grew up with tremendous work habits that he learned from his dad in Queens, New York. In 1989, he founded Donnelly Mechanical, ultimately growing the firm into one of the largest HVAC contractors in the nation. He further expanded the company in 2009 after founding Donnelly Sustainable Energy Services (SES), a division of Donnelly Mechanical offering maintenance, construction, consultation, and energy sourcing services. After selling his company in 2018, Dan has helped many people as an executive coach, a life coach, and a clinical hypnotist. He currently works as an investor and board member for organizations and high-level teams assisting them in strategic planning, forecasting, problem-solving, team building, and critical planning.
Today, Dan joins us to share how he built up his company from a small-scale operation out of a basement in Queens to a successful business he could sell.
