I chose to work in financial planning because I value building meaningful relationships that help people feel confident about their financial future. I enjoy getting to know each client, understanding what matters most to them, and being someone they can count on for support and service along the way. My goal is to make every client feel valued and taken care of at every step.

Matthew Pascale is a Relationship Manager and Trading Associate at ALINE Wealth, where he is responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships, supporting advisors, addressing client needs, and executing trades. His role allows him to combine his passion for client service with hands-on financial planning support, helping to ensure every client receives thoughtful guidance and efficient, detail-oriented service. Matthew takes pride in fostering strong relationships and providing a high level of responsiveness to help clients feel confident in their financial strategies.

Originally from Massapequa, Long Island, Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Oswego, where he also competed as a student-athlete on the Division III men’s soccer team. He began his career at Equitable Advisors, where he obtained his Series 7, Series 66, and Life, Accident & Health licenses, which sparked his passion for financial planning and helping individuals work toward their financial goals. Most recently, he served as a Client Service Representative at Fidelity Investments, working with high-net-worth individuals to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Matthew brings a client-first approach to every interaction, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of personalized financial planning. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by working out and playing sports, as well as spending time with friends, family, and watching TV. His background as a student-athlete instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and a team-oriented mindset that continues to guide his professional approach.
